Introduction / Founder’s Story

In 2015, I set out to build a personal training experience unlike any other—one meticulousy tailored to the individual, not the trend. While life steered me in a different direction for nearly a decade, that passion never disappeared. In the summer of 2025, a personal journey and transformation reignited that vision, revealing a deeper truth…fitness is just one part of a larger whole of overall wellness.

Wellness is not a single goal—it’s a balance of physical strength, mental clarity, and spiritual purpose. In today’s world of information overload and constant distraction, real growth demands a holistic commitment.

The LKFD Approach

Mental: Before you train your body, you must train your focus. Mental clarity, intention, and resilience are the foundation of lasting results.

Physical: No two bodies are the same. Whether your goal is mobility, strength, or endurance, we’ll define what success looks like for you—and build a plan that moves with you.

Spiritual: Purpose drives persistence. We’ll explore what energizes you at your core so your journey isn’t just about reps and redundancies —but about real, lasting fulfillment.

LEIGHTON KUET

Leighton is certified by the National Academy of Sports Science with additional experience and education stemming from Equinox, his military background and self studies.

An avid health advocate for over 25 years, his goal is to continue to learn and help anyone he can to a achieve a healthy, happy, and holistic lifestyle.
